Hailing from the Shaanxi province of China, this unique taste of China is fairly uncommon in the US, but still plenty delicious.
Taigu’s signature item are their substantial Shaanxi noodles, house-made and hand-cut for each dish. Easily identifiable for their broad, thick cut, these noodles comprise the basis for many of the menu items and true to tradition are typically paired with spicy flavors.
In addition to their noodle dishes, Taigu also serves beef, seafood, pork, chicken, soups, lo mein, vegetable, and rice noodle dishes. Many vegetarian menu options are available, like General Tso’s tofu, Kung Pao tofu, pan-fried mixed vegetables, and others.
Taigu offers a broad range of combination meals that include fried rice and two spring rolls.
