Established in 1968, Porta Bella is known for its pasta, homemade Italian dinners, pizzas, steaks, and seafood. Recipes that came from Madison’s Italian Greenbush are still offered today in addition to new regional Italian dishes found during our travels to Italy.
Cozy, upholstered booths are situated in small rooms to create a casual, romantic atmosphere in their three distinctive dining rooms.
At the bottom of the steps down to the wine cellar, Porta Bella offers 40 wines, Porta’s signature martinis, and 14 draft beers. Many of the Italian wines were hand-selected by the proprietor during his recent visits with Italian wine makers.
