Novanta, Italian for 90, is symbolic for the 90 critical seconds that their house-fired pizzas spend in their custom wood pizza oven. Immediately after exiting the oven, pizza is whisked away from the blazing 900°F fire and straight to your table to be enjoyed hot and fresh.
All of Novanta’s Neapolitan pizzas are made with a unique dough based on an ancient Italian recipe that includes water, salt, yeast, and a very special type of flour. After ingredients are combined, the dough is then rested for at least 12 hours before entering the oven as a finely crafted pizza. It exits the oven with a light and airy dough and excellent taste.
While all of ingredients that Novanta offers for their pizzas is of the highest quality, the mozzarella cheese topping is particularly special since it is made at their in-house mozzarella bar!
In addition to pizzas, Novanta serves paninis, salads, and desserts. Don’t miss sampling the mozzarella bar with a selection of both house-made and Italian-imported cheeses.
