Crandall’s Peruvian Bistro

Genuine Peruvian dishes steeped in centuries of cooking tradition

Savory Peruvian cuisine with a menu packed full of unique, South American flavors.

Peruvian cuisine is primarily a combination of Inca cuisine and that of the Spanish conquistadors who arrived in Peru around the 16th century. The staple of ingredients of the indigenous Peruvians (maize, potatoes, and beans) combined with core food of Spanish cuisine (rice, wheat, and meat) create the most fundamental part of Peruvian food.

Crandall’s authentic brunch, lunch, and dinner menus feature a variety of genuine Peruvian dishes steeped in tradition, like their Anticuchos, Tacu Tacu, Tallerin Verde, and Arroz Chaufa.
