Opened in 2008, Bradbury’s Coffee has always had a strong focus on sourcing and providing locally, sustainably-produced coffees and sweet eats for its customers.
Over the years, they have developed close relationships with Wisconsin-regional roasters like Kickapoo Coffee from Viroqua, WI, who are purveyors of organic, free-trade, artisan coffee. Bradbury’s Coffee offers a rotating menu of crepes (based on the Wisconsin growing season), scones, and muffins made fresh each morning in-house. Their commitment to local ingredients includes using local flour, eggs, and dairy as well as seasonal fruits and vegetables, free range meats, and local Wisconsin cheeses.
