Batch Bakehouse makes bread and pastry the old-fashioned way: before dawn, from scratch, and using only the finest ingredients — each piece carefully crafted by hand.
They specialize in croissants, pastries, French baguettes, and artisanal loaf breads. Every day their pastry chefs fill the display case with a wide variety of sweet and savory treats: croissants, cookies, cakes, pies, tarts, bars, brownies, galettes, biscuits, tea cakes, shortbread stacked sandwich cookies, individual quiche; the list is almost endless.
In the early hours of the morning their bakers hand-shape loaf breads and roll classic croissant.
